This website, shopbabeb.com, is operated by Monolith Systems LLC, a Texas limited liability company, trading as Babe-B. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We sell only within the United States.
Products & imagery
Babe-B products are cosmetics and related accessories. Product photos on this site are illustrative; the product page and the product's own label accurately describe what you are buying at the time you order, and that description and label govern. Always read the label and directions, and patch-test if you have sensitive skin. Our products are cosmetics — we describe only cosmetic benefits (for example, moisturizing, softening or improving the appearance of skin). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and we make no medical or drug claims.
Orders, prices & payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout and may change before you order. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or an item being unavailable); if we cancel a paid order, we refund it. Payment is processed by Stripe. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We aim to ship within the time stated at checkout, or within 30 days if no time is stated; if we can't ship in time, we'll let you know and offer you the choice of a revised shipping date or a refund. Delivery times after dispatch are estimates, not guarantees. See returns & refunds for damaged or lost parcels.
Returns
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days; return shipping is paid by the customer, and faulty or incorrect items are always put right at our cost. Full details are on the returns & refunds page.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, impersonate others, or misuse our content. Reasonable access using assistive technology is welcome.
Images & intellectual property
The Babe-B name, logos, branding, text, product photography, designs and other content on this site are owned by Monolith Systems LLC or used with permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Some creative materials may be produced with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools; our rights in such materials apply to the extent recognized by applicable law. You may not reproduce, sell or redistribute our protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.
Disclaimers & liability
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty, remedy, consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monolith Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including where liability cannot lawfully be limited for personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or defective or misdescribed products.
