What are cookies & browser storage?
Cookies are small pieces of information a website or service may place on a device. Local storage and session storage are other browser mechanisms that can remember information. Similar privacy rules may apply to pixels, scripts and device access even if they are not called cookies.

Site code does not use cookies to save a cookie preference because no optional tracking is offered. The hosting layer is separate from the website code. Its actual cookie names, lifetimes and purposes must be checked on the chosen public host before launch.
Do we need cookie consent?
This version does not activate optional trackers or nonessential storage, so it does not present an “accept all cookies” banner. The cookie-settings panel explains that advertising and analytics are not used; opening or closing it does not turn on tracking.
Consent requirements depend on the technology, purpose and applicable law. Necessary security or authentication may qualify for an exception. Future advertising, profiling, optional analytics or embeds require a fresh assessment; where required, they must remain blocked until valid consent. Some jurisdictions allow limited analytics exceptions only if specific conditions are met.
Your controls
You can manage or delete cookies in your browser. Restricting necessary host cookies may prevent access to an authenticated private preview. The website does not load advertising or analytics irrespective of your browser’s Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track setting.
Earlier prototype data
On the same origin, this version attempts to remove the legacy local-storage keys babeb_waitlist and babeb_joined, and session-storage keys babeb_attribution and babeb_session. It does not read or transmit their values. Browser restrictions may prevent removal; you can clear website data using your browser controls.
Storage and provider records from another origin cannot be cleared by this site. See the privacy policy for more information.
Future changes
Adding checkout, email tools, chat, videos, maps or analytics can change the inventory and consent requirements. The operator must review the deployed services and update this policy before enabling them. A consent banner alone does not make a tracker compliant.
