These are the policies that apply to your purchase and your information once the shop is open. Our registered mailing address is added here before launch; in the meantime, reach us at hello@shopbabeb.com.
What are cookies & browser storage?
Cookies are small pieces of data a site can store on your device. Local storage and session storage are similar browser mechanisms. Similar privacy rules can apply to pixels and scripts even when they aren't strictly "cookies".
What this site uses
| Technology | Status | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Shopping bag | Used | Remembers the items in your bag, stored on your device only |
| Preview access (pre-launch) | Used before launch | Keeps invited creators signed in to the preview; removed at public launch |
| Advertising pixels | Not loaded | No advertising tracking |
| Analytics / session replay | Not loaded | No audience profiling or replay |
| Social / video embeds | Not loaded | Images and fonts are served from our own site |
| Hosting security | Provider dependent | Necessary delivery and security handled by our host |
Payment pages are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own systems, under Stripe's policies.
Do we ask for cookie consent?
Because we don't currently run advertising, analytics or profiling, we don't show an "accept all cookies" banner. The shopping-bag and preview-access items are functional. When we enable email or ecommerce features from our providers (for example, Klaviyo signup forms or on-site activity), a first-party cookie may be set to support them; and if we add advertising or analytics we'll update this policy and seek consent where the law requires it.
Your controls
You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser. Clearing site data will empty your saved bag. We don't load advertising or analytics regardless of your browser's Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track setting.
Future changes
Adding analytics, chat, video, maps or advertising would change what we store and may require consent. We'll review and update this policy before enabling anything like that.
