Who is responsible
Babe-B is the working brand name for the website and product concepts shown here. The legal business operator, address, jurisdiction and verified privacy contact have not yet been confirmed for publication. See business and contact details. They must be provided before the public website accepts personal information or orders.
Information in this preview
The website does not accept orders, account registrations, payments, contact-form submissions or email signups. The disabled signup fields do not send information. We do not ask for names, phone numbers, addresses, birth dates, skin conditions or other health information.
Delivering a webpage still involves technical information. The hosting and security services may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser information and security events to deliver the page and protect the service. An owner-only preview may also require authentication through its hosting provider. Do not put private information into a page URL.
The private review is prepared for OpenAI Sites, with Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process data under their own service and privacy terms. This notice does not override those terms. The final public hosting configuration, data locations and applicable processing agreements must be documented before launch.
Cookies, analytics & advertising
The site does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, PostHog, Plausible, advertising tags or session-replay software. It does not build marketing profiles or save UTM campaign tags, referrers, device categories or session identifiers. It does not load social feeds, video embeds, external fonts or chat widgets.
We do not sell or share visitor information for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website. No such trackers run regardless of a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signal. Any future change must be evaluated for applicable consent and opt-out requirements before activation. See the cookie policy.
Earlier prototype storage
An earlier version stored launch-list and attribution information in browser storage. When this version runs on the same website origin, it attempts to delete only those old Babe-B entries without reading or transmitting their contents. It cannot remove data saved on another domain or erase records already sent to a previous provider. Any existing provider records need a separate retention and deletion review by the business.
If email signup opens
A launch signup will request only an email address and a separate, unchecked permission to receive Babe-B launch and product news. The business will keep the consent wording/version, source and time with the email service so it can demonstrate the permission given. Marketing messages must include a working unsubscribe route and the required sender details. A confirmation email may be required before subscription.
The prepared email integration uses Klaviyo through a server endpoint and is currently disabled. Before activation, the business must confirm its controller information, lawful basis, processor agreement, relevant transfers, retention period, double opt-in setting and unsubscribe/deletion procedures. The privacy notice must then identify the active services and actual retention schedule. Consent to marketing must never be a condition of contacting support or purchasing a product.
Security & retention
The current website code does not maintain a customer database or store form entries in your browser. Necessary hosting logs are handled by the hosting services. Their retention and access settings must be reviewed for the final deployment; no fixed deletion period is claimed here.
We limit the information requested and keep service credentials outside the browser. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Before enabling email collection, the operator must establish a documented retention period, restrict staff access, and review existing records for deletion. A minimal suppression record may be necessary to honor an unsubscribe request.
Your choices & rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive your personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a privacy regulator. These rights and any exceptions depend on your location and the relevant law.
The business must provide a working privacy-request contact before public launch. That verified route will appear on the contact page. For information controlled by the hosting provider, use that provider’s own privacy controls. The preview does not claim to provide a functioning business privacy-request service yet.
Children
The preview does not offer an active data-collection form to anyone. Before launch, the operator must determine the intended audience and any applicable child-privacy or age-assurance requirements. We do not request children’s details or health information through this preview.
Changes to this notice
The date above identifies this version. We will update the notice to reflect the actual services and business practices before launch. Material changes to collection or marketing require appropriate notice and, where required, new consent.
