Monolith Systems LLC is a Texas limited liability company that operates the Babe-B brand and this website, shopbabeb.com. In this policy, "Babe-B", "we", "us" and "our" mean Monolith Systems LLC trading as Babe-B. We sell only within the United States.

Payment information. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Your full card number is entered on Stripe's secure systems — we never see or store complete card numbers.
Information collected automatically. Delivering a web page involves technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and timestamps. Our hosting and security provider processes this to serve and protect the site. Please don't put sensitive information into a page address (URL).
How we use your information
We use your information to: process and ship your orders; take payment and prevent fraud; provide customer support and handle returns; send you order and shipping updates; send marketing email only if you opted in; and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for the period reasonably necessary to fulfill your order and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. We use reputable providers, keep card handling with Stripe (a PCI-compliant processor), and keep service credentials off the website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Babe-B is intended for customers aged 18 or older, and the site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email privacy@shopbabeb.com and we will delete it.
